An award-winning performance vocalist, inspiring voice teacher, AlexanderTechnique practioner, and board certified music therapist, Kathy has more than more than 20years professional experience. In addition to her private teaching and music therapy practice, she has 4 commercial recordings, presents workshops on thevoice at regional and national conferences, has taught music composition and voiceat the University of Michigan's Residential College, and is currently teaching Voice for Music Therapists at Eastern Michigan University's esteemed Music Therapy Department. She uses all genres of music, and works with all age groups, levels, and reasons for wanting or needing to voice and/or sing.
